The EBRS pass-through notification form can be used to submit a notification under Regulation 3A of the Heat Network (Metering and Billing) Regulations. Heat suppliers are required to submit their notification by 11:59 on 6th January 2023. Failure to submit a notification may result in civil sanctions and a financial penalty of up to £5,000.

Please have your heat supplier’s name, business address and contact details information to hand before accessing this form. This form should take approximately 5 minutes to complete, depending on the number of heat networks you are submitting a notification for. You will need to complete all fields that are applicable to your organisation’s activities as a heat supplier.
